1. Shipping Locations We deliver to residential and commercial addresses all across India. We partner with reliable, premium national courier services to ensure your package reaches you safely.

2. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification via email or SMS when your order has officially shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India [or edit if you charge a flat rate, e.g., We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹49].

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, packages generally take 3 to 7 business days to arrive depending on your location. Metro cities generally receive deliveries faster than regional or remote areas.

4. Tracking Your Order When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification from us which will include a live tracking link or tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier portal.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible pincodes. Please ensure you or someone on your behalf is available at the time of delivery to hand over the exact cash amount to our delivery partner.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages If you receive your order damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us immediately at our support email within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the packaging and product.
